As an Events Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Events team in planning, coordinating, and executing events. You will work closely with our experienced Event Coordinators and Event Managers to ensure the success of events, from conceptualization to execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their events career or gain hands-on experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Events team, including preparing event materials, responding to inquiries, and coordinating communications
- Assist in the planning and organization of events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution
- Prepare and distribute event agendas, timelines, and other important documents
- Manage event registration, ticket sales, and RSVP processes
- Coordinate event staffing, including recruiting, training, and supervising event staff
- Assist with event execution, including setup, registration, and teardown
- Maintain accurate records and reports of event performance and feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and mailings
