We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance. You will serve as a vital link between employees and management while ensuring HR policies and procedures are upheld and continuously improved. Key Responsibilities : Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating candidate communication. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring documentation is completed accurately. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Prepare and distribute HR communications, including policy updates, announcements, and employee handbooks. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies. Help manage performance appraisal processes and assist managers with performance management concerns. Conduct research and assist with the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, training, and development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Provide support in payroll administration and in the preparation of HR reports and metrics. Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations. Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
