Start at $16 / Hour. Regular reviews for raises every 4 months. Direct hire with excellent benefits.
Production line jobs. These are 8-hour shifts. Openings on both the Afternoon and the Night Shift. Both Shifts are Monday through Friday. Afternoon Shift (2nd) is 2 : 30 PM to 10 : 30 PM, Mon-Fri. and Night Shift (3rd) is 10 : 30 PM to 6 : 30 AM, Mon.-Fri. We also have 12-hour shifts and you will have the option to apply for a different shift or different job after three months of employment at Anchor.
We do offer paid training and will consider those who have little to no job experience if they exhibit excellent work ethics and a willingness to learn and apply themselves to this opportunity.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OFFLINE PACKAGING SPECIALIST
PURPOSE
To perform the packer duties and requirements in a safe, organized, and efficient manner while delighting customers with quality products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Working knowledge of part defects and what to look for.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Must have a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months of related experience and training with Work Keys Career Readiness Certification Bronze Level or Higher; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE ABILITY
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and work instructions.
MATH ABILITY
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Minimal computer skills required. Need the ability to access documents located on an in-house computer system
