The Project Manager will be responsible for applying project management knowledge, tools, and techniques to ensure successful delivery and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple technical projects of varying sizes using established project management methodology
- Develop project charters and planning documents
- Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to secure project approvals
- Define team roles and responsibilities
- Create and manage project schedules and work plans
- Lead project meetings and communication efforts
- Document and prioritize scope changes and facilitate approval processes
- Track and manage time and budget against the project plan
- Identify and resolve project issues, maintaining issue logs
- Execute communication and deployment plans
- Manage project ROI throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop testing strategies and conduct project close-out activities
- Prepare and participate in quality review checkpoints
- Archive necessary approvals and maintain project documentation
- Provide feedback to team members and manage expectations with resource managers
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Broad-based information systems
- Full life-cycle application development
- Building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development
- Minimum of 5 years in project management, with at least 2 years in a lead role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in progress
- Strong skills in:
- Team building and leadership

- Resource management in a matrix environment
- Effective communication at all organizational levels
