Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality prints on various materials while ensuring that all designs meet our clients' specifications and expectations. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce designs on various substrates.
- Prepare screens and inks according to design specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate representation of artwork.
- Experience with automatic screen printing
- Understand basic press operation and press safety
- Ability to trouble shoot the press
- In charge of set up/ break down of jobs for screen printing
- Must be able to load all types of apparel in a timely manner to keep up with schedule requirements.
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Quickly identifying and correcting quality control of printed apparel
- Comfortable with water-based discharge ink
- General maintenance and cleaning.
- Maintain equipment and workspace in a clean and organized manner.
- Troubleshoot any printing issues that arise during production.
Experience
- Prior experience in screen printing is a must
- We run 3 M&R Autos - Diamondback & Cobra
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
