ABOUT US:
For over 40 years our small, family owned business has been designing, building, and servicing inground pools in the greater Chicago area. We are currently looking to hire responsible, hard working employees to join our pool service technician team. We will be making multiple, full time hires, and there are advancement opportunities within our company.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Our Pool Service Technicians do much more than simply clean or service pools. We train our team to be experts in water management so that the upkeep of our pools focuses on the proper treatment of water, with an emphasis on keeping cleaning to a minimum. The basics of the job include...
- Driving a weekly maintenance route to our customers
- Providing testing, proper chemical management, and cleaning of inground pools
- Execute yearly openings and closings
- Minor equipment repairs
Pay is hourly and raises are based on your performance:
- Starting pay is $19 overtime
- Once you can drive on your own with service route pay is $20
- Once you can open OR close basic pools effectively pay is $21
- Once you can open AND close pools effectively pay is $22

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have valid IL driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Highschool Diploma/GED
- Available to work Monday-Saturday
- Can lift 50lbs or more
- Capacity to work in both hot and cold temperatures for long periods of time
