Their expertise lies in complex tax planning and compliance, with a focus on income tax, estate, and gift tax planning, and business advisory services. Due to sustained growth and an ongoing need to meet client demand, they are expanding their internal team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Tax Manager, you will :
- Conduct detailed technical reviews of complex tax returns, including individual (1040) and partnership (1065) returns, with expertise in K-1, K-3, and other intricate reporting requirements such as FAR and recordable transactions.
- Manage tax reporting for high net worth families, including partnerships, LLCs, hedge funds, venture capital investments, and offshore structures.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with evolving tax laws, while overseeing returns that demand 20 hours of preparation.
- Serve as a transactional and strategic advisor, bridging complex entity-level reporting to individual returns.
- Train and develop staff, ensuring quality performance and adherence to deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with clients, earning their trust while managing expectations and maintaining a low-error rate on deliverables.
