Job Description
Anchor Transportation is looking for a Bus Cleaner/Washer. The basic function is to prepare motor coaches by washing and cleaning for the next trip, maintain cleanliness of facilities.
Primary Duties –
Safely starting and driving of vehicles on the lot,
Bus washing and cleaning as needed,
Pick up parts in company vehicle as needed,
Clean offices,
Fuel vehicles as needed,
All fleet damage documented and communicated to appropriate personnel in the case of unreported damage.
Required Skills
Must be flexible with hours and days worked. Some weekend and night work is required.
Must be able to use power wash machine and use repetitive motion with machine and wash brushes, squeegees etc.
Physically demanding position, and on your feet constantly.
Must have the ability to open bus bay doors and use pressure washer. Will be working in wet and hot/cold conditions in maintenance shop environments.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must be able to pay attention to detail.
Basic math skills.
Ability to work with various cleaning soaps and chemicals.
Able to work in a team as well as individually.
Must have valid driver’s license.
