Operate motorcoach to transport passengers to various locations on single day or multiday trips according to schedules and/or itineraries as dispatched.

Must satisfactorily demonstrate acceptable driving behaviors during a road test.

Job Summary: Drives bus to transport passengers over specified or irregular routes to local or distant points according to time schedule.
Duties/Responsibilities :
Primary Function:
Operate motorcoach to transport passengers to various locations on single day or multiday trips according to schedules and/or itineraries as dispatched.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the motorcoach safely.
- Regulate heating and air conditioning systems, lighting, and audio/video systems for passenger comfort and convenience.
- Safely transport passengers while observing all local, state, and federal traffic regulations.
- Promptly report delays or accidents according to company policies.
- Inspect bus as required per FMCSA rules and company policies.
- Load and unload baggage as required.
- Fuel vehicles after each trip and as needed enroute.
- Read schedules and itineraries, interpret maps, process accident and incident reports, and prepare all necessary records, including but not limited to electronic DVIR's, hours-of-service logs, and work tickets.
- Minimum age: 25 years
- High School diploma or GED certificate
- US citizen or permanent visa, authorized to work in any US state
- Valid Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver License with Passenger (“P”) endorsement, and no air brake restriction
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Pass a DOT physical given by a physician certified on the FMCSA National Registry and approved by the Company.
- Must have an acceptable driving record (MVR):
- no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months
- no more than 1 minor accident within the last 3 years.
- no major accidents, reckless driving charges, DUI’s, or DWI’s. (Failure to appear, for any of the above citations or charges, is considered a violation.)
- no suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years.

- Must be physically capable to perform essential job functions, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A driver is expected to be able physically to load and unload luggage for all passengers.
- Must be able to drive at least 3 hours without stopping.
