Production and Shipping Associate (Part-time)

Anchor USA specializes in residential water filtration products. We provide water filtration products for online consumers throughout the USA.

We are looking for someone with a background in order-fulfillment, packaging and shipping. Candidate will also be required to do filter production and minor assembly, for which training will be provided. Candidate should be comfortable using computer with acrobat reader, Microsoft Office, printing software etc. A few years’ experience working at small to medium sized companies is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare orders for shipping - packaging and labeling.
• Adequately wrap & package fragile items for safe and secure shipment.
• Perform light assembly of water filters, as directed.
• Should be able to take printouts of invoices & labels using computer.
• Finish task at hand accurately and in a timely manner.
• Use tools such as: screwdrivers (manual & electrical), tweezers, and special fixtures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as directed by the Manager.
• Must be able to follow directions well and follow company procedures.

AVAILABILITY

• 20-22 hrs a week
• 9:00am to 2pm (flexible end time)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of plumbing is a plus
• Driver’s License (Required)
• Must read and write English (Required)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 22 per week
