Duties

- Monitor food quality and presentation before it leaves the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, including cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expediting station and surrounding areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Support banquet operations by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as required.
