Position Summary
ACBA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, support faculty and students, and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. The Office Manager will play a key role in customer service, scheduling, and administrative support for the academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain class schedules, coordinate studio space usage, and assist with event planning.
- Billing & Payments: Process tuition payments, track accounts, and manage financial records.
- Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support for Faculty & Staff: Assist instructors with administrative tasks and studio needs.
- Supply & Inventory Management: Ensure office and studio supplies are stocked and organized.
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings and Saturdays.
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite, and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
