About the Team
As part of the Alaska Behavioral Health Adut Services team in Fairbanks, the Clinical Associate engages clients and recipients in case management and community recovery and support services. Through a combination of settings and teams, this position interacts with individuals across the clinic-based setting and through the PATH program. The Clinical Associate engages individuals both in the clinic and in the community to connect them with resources and promote healthy skill utilization. Under the direction of clinical leadership and the clinical team, Clinical Associates support vulnerable individuals through promoting access to care and community resources.
What You’ll Do
- Provide assertive outreach and engage individuals in the community to address barriers to housing and improve social welfare and healthcare access / outcomes.
- Offer case management support, assisting clients in connecting with community resources and actively building essential skills to enhance their quality of life.
- Collaborate with clients to meet project goals, including management of daily routines, housing applications, employment / social welfare, healthcare, and referrals to needed treatment or community resources.

Clinical Associate II - $21.00 - $27.18
Clinical Associate III - $22.78 - $29.47
Preference will be given to candidates with Peer Support Training and experience in a Clinical Associate / Case Management / Peer Support Role. Additional preference for individuals with completed SOAR Adult Curriculum.
