About the Team
Our Residential Services team in Anchorage and Fairbanks provides critical support to individuals facing severe mental health challenges. As a Residential Clinical Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of program managers, clinicians, clinical associates, and peer support specialists, contributing to the successful operation and clinical quality of our residential treatment facilities.
What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership in developing and implementing Alaska Behavioral Health’s values, mission, and goals.
- Ensure clinical records comply with AKBH policies, Medicaid, Medicare, and external audit requirements.
- Oversee performance management, quality assurance, and resource development within Residential Services.
- Supervise the Residential Team.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services, including assessment, therapy, group therapy, skill development, case management, and treatment and discharge planning.
