- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions with hiring managers
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including completing background checks and coordinating training
- Conducting and analyzing surveys of applicants and Hiring Managers to choose efficient recruiting and hiring methods
- Manage employee schedules and ensure that staffing levels meet the needs of the business
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate and participate in employee engagement programs, such as employee recognition and retention initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with temporary staffing agencies and other external staffing resources
