The Regional Program and Partnership Manager will play a critical role in advancing Anchorum Health Foundation’s mission by supporting the Senior Vice President and CEO in managing relationships with stakeholders and grantees, ensuring effective grant-making processes, and fostering collaboration with funders and community partners. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder and Grantee Partnership Management


  • Assist the Senior Vice President and CEO in cultivating and maintaining regional partnerships with stakeholders and grantees.
  • Act as a liaison between the Foundation and potential/current grantees, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to grantees throughout the grant-making process.


Mapping and Data Management


  • Conduct landscape analyses and mapping on community needs, funding opportunities, and emerging trends in health and wellness.
  • Gather, analyze, and manage community health data to inform programmatic strategies and funding decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and grant activities in the Foundation’s systems.


Monitoring and Evaluation


·        Establish metrics to measure project success and impact.

·        Monitor project progress against established goals and timelines.

·        Conduct evaluations and prepare reports on project outcomes and community impact.


Grant-Making Process Coordination


  • Follow up with potential grantees to ensure timely submission of required information.
  • Shepherd grantees through the application, review, and reporting processes, providing technical assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Grants Management and Evaluation and other staff to align funding decisions with organizational goals.


Collaborative Initiatives and Community Engagement


  • Participate in various community-based, funder, and cross-sector collaborations and partnerships to support shared goals and leverage resources.
  • Represent the Foundation at community meetings, events, and collaborative forums.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including residents, local organizations, and government agencies.
  • Partner with local organizations, community members, and grantees to build trust and leverage their networks for broader engagement.
  • In partnership with the Senior Director of Communications, create communication strategies to keep partners and communities informed and involved.
  • Ensure cultural sensitivity by recognizing and respecting the diverse values, beliefs, and practices of different communities, with inclusive and culturally nuanced engagement strategies.


Operational Support


  • Coordinate with the Director of Grants Management and Evaluation to ensure compliance with funding guidelines and accurate documentation.
  • Support the CEO and Senior Vice President in the planning and execution of initiatives aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
  • Monitor grant outcomes and assist in preparing reports for leadership and stakeholders.


Qualifications:


·        A bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, nonprofit management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience may be substitutes for a degree.

·        Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in program management, program coordination, community engagement, nonprofit management, or capacity building, with a focus on social determinants of health.

·        Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize objectives, apply critical thinking, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·        Strong research, data collection, and analytical skills.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and diverse project management tools.

·        Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

·        Experience working in or with nonprofit organizations and public health agencies, preferably in New Mexico or a similar context.

·        Knowledge of social determinants of health, community development principles, and innovative approaches to addressing health disparities and promoting well-being.

·        Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a passion for advancing health equity and social justice in underserved communities.

·        Reliable transportation and ability to regularly attend out-of-town meetings. Some overnight travel may be needed.


Work Environment:


  • On-site or hybrid work environment, with flexibility for in-person and remote collaboration. For hybrid work, on-site requirements are at least two days per work week.
  • Frequent regional travel for community engagement and partner meetings.


Compensation: This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and advancement. The salary range for this position is $110,000- $120,000 annual and is an exempt position.

Classification & Benefits: This is a full-time, exempt (from overtime), salaried position at Anchorum Health Foundation. The position is eligible to participate in the organization’s health, dental, and vision insurance benefit plans, disability and life insurance plan, and 403(b) retirement plan. The position is also eligible to accrue vacation and sick leave and observe the standard paid holidays outlined in the Employee Handbook.
