What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Waitstaff position at ANCHOVIES & SALT?
We’re looking for experienced, high-energy servers to join our team. Servers will be responsible for greeting guests, guide guests through the food and beverage menu, maintain dining room area and sanitation standards

Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in food and beverage menu with the ability to make suggestions based on dietary preferences.
- Engages guests in a friendly, positive manner.
- Daily prep work for setup, service and breakdown of the server station and dining room floor.
- Works with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Cash and credit card handling
- Ensuring that server operation procedures for food prep, storage areas and hygiene meet food health and safety standards and regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
- Must be have knowledge or willing to learn about Vietnamese Cuisine.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Valid King County food handler’s permit.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a high-volume environment with all restaurant staff.
- In-depth, working knowledge of restaurant best practices and methods.
- Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team setting.
