Ancilla Technologies and Services, Inc. is currently recruiting for a skilled and detail-oriented Manpower Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Navy Medicine specialties and terminology, including general medicine, specialized clinical fields such as emergency medicine and operational medicine, as well as health management skills. This position requires experience in the operational support of Navy medical deployments, such as combat casualty care, preventive medicine, ancillary medicine, medication administration, and medical equipment management. Additionally, the candidate should have a thorough understanding of Navy manpower and personnel processes and requirements.
The Specialist’s Responsibilities Will Be To:
· Apply knowledge of Navy Medicine specialties across various clinical and operational fields, including general medicine, emergency medicine, operational medicine, and health management.
· Support deployment efforts by managing aspects of operational medicine, including combat casualty care, preventive medicine, ancillary services, medication administration, and medical equipment management.
· Manage and analyze Navy Medicine unit requirements through the creation and tracking of Activity and Shore Manning Documents, ensuring accurate personnel assignments for specialized units such as field hospitals, medical teams, and fleet surgical teams.
· Deep understanding of Navy Officer Billet Sequence Codes (OBSC), Navy Enlisted Codes (NEC), rates, ranks, and the organizational structure of Navy Medicine.
· Ensure personnel requirements are met in compliance with Navy Total Force Manpower Requirements, OPNAV 1000.16, and other relevant Navy directives.
· Apply knowledge of Navy Personnel Command (NPC) Directives to manage assignments, promotions, training, and career development for Navy medical personnel.
· Provide support in Navy personnel training and education, ensuring alignment with Navy Total Force Manpower Policies, NAVMAC requirements, and studies related to personnel management and training.
· Act as a key resource for coordinating and managing deployment operations, including operational medicine requirements and medical equipment logistics.
· Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
· Must be a U.S. Citizen, eligible for a DoD security clearance and maintain eligibility throughout employment;
· Must be able to read, write, and speak in English fluently with sufficient clarity in order to effectively communicate with a broad-spectrum of clients and key stakeholders;
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in manpower and personnel management, particularly related to Navy medical operations.
· Extensive experience and familiarity with Navy Medicine specialties, terminology, and clinical practices.
· Knowledge of and/or experience in operational medicine, including combat casualty care, preventive medicine, ancillary services, medication administration, and equipment management.
· Familiarity with the Navy’s Officer Billet Sequence Codes (OBSC), Navy Enlisted Codes (NEC), rates, ranks, and organizational structure.
· Strong understanding of Navy Total Force Manpower Requirements Handbook, OPNAV 1000.16, and related directives.
· Proficiency in Navy Personnel Command (NPC) Directives, Total Force Manpower Policies, and NAVMAC requirements.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
· Ability to manage complex personnel systems and documents, ensuring alignment with Navy standards and operational needs.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an attention to detail and a focus on compliance.
· Additional experience in Navy Personnel Training and Education is highly desirable.
· Previous Navy experience, particularly in medical personnel management or operational medicine, is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
