What You’ll Do
As a Bench Jeweler, your expertise will ensure that every repair and restoration meets our exacting standards before returning to our clients. This position is designed for a jeweler who thrives on meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail without customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Jewelry Repair & Restoration – Perform precision work on fine jewelry, restoring pieces to perfection.
- Stone Setting & Metalwork – Securely set diamonds and gemstones across various cuts and carat weights.
- Ring Resizing, Soldering & Assembly – Execute seamless alterations with expert craftsmanship.
- Laser Welding & Advanced Techniques – Utilize cutting-edge technology for intricate repairs.
- High Standards of Quality Control – Ensure that every completed piece meets the highest level of precision and durability before leaving the workshop.
- Workshop & Equipment Maintenance – Keep tools, equipment, and workspace organized and functioning at peak efficiency.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Service Manager and Customer Experience team, ensuring that all work aligns with our company’s standards—without the need for customer interaction.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of fine jewelry bench experience (retail or private workshop).
- Mastery of jewelry repair, restoration, and stone setting techniques.
- Proficiency with a variety of gemstones and metals, including platinum, gold (all karats), and sterling silver.
- Experience with laser welding equipment preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to craftsmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Desire for continuous skill development and refinement.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
