Description:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-focused individual to join the team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist manages the front office area and provides administrative support to all campus departments. The receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, greeting visitors, and general clerical support. Additionally, the Receptionist provides support for other administrative positions such as the executive assistant and enrollment compliance officers
Essential Functions:
- Answering telephones, greeting visitors, and general clerical support
- Data Entry as required.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- 1 year of administrative work experience
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Availability to work some weekends
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- 3 years of administrative work experience
