Employment Status: Full Time
Location: Anchorage or Wasilla AK offices
Compensation: $37,000-$41,600/year
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Job Summary
As a Patient Care Coordinator based in either our Anchorage or Wasilla office, you'll be the backbone of our healthcare operations, providing essential support to both our patients and providers. This is not a patient facing role, as we don't see patients at our main office. Your role is crucial, involving meticulous collection of vital health data for seamless entry into our EMR, as well as the skillful coordination of schedules among residents and providers to maximize efficiency. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, you'll keep everyone; patients, families, POA's, and healthcare providers informed and engaged through phone calls and messaging. Your responsibilities also include ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory standards. If you love healthcare and prefer phone-based interactions, this role is a perfect fit for you.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years medical office experience preferred
- Ability to relate well to staff and other professionals
- Service oriented mindset & Compassionate and caring attitude.
- Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
- Valid Driver's License with proof of current insurance & reliable transportation.
- Valid AK Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR Certification & Proof of Negative TB Test (we can test)
