Job Description:
Ancra International, LLC is seeking a Product Innovation Specialist to join our Engineering team. As a Product Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products that meet our customers' needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or engineering technology, and excellent knowledge of CAD software, such as SolidWorks and DraftSight. Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O or Dynamics AX 2012 ERP systems is also an asset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products
- Maintain existing designs and drawings
- Perform basic engineering calculations
- Manage product data in our ERP system
- Assist in the validation and testing of new products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or engineering technology
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of CAD software
- Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O or Dynamics AX 2012 ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
