Job Description:
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Vehicle Operator to join our team at ANCRA INTERNATIONAL, LLC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across various routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Maintain accurate records of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status.
- Load and unload trucks, or assist others with loading and unloading.
- Couple and uncouple trailers according to company procedures.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as required.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- At least 12 months experience as an Over the Road (OTR) truck driver.
- Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) required.
- Experience using Electronic Logs for Drivers (ELD).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
