Personal Assistant

A.N.D. Home Healthcare, LLC is seeking for a compassionate care giver for client(s) in Longview, TEXAS. Applicant must be self-motivated. Position requires creating an exceptional and professional quality of care at the client's home. Needing someone who can cook Hispanic Cuisines.

Schedules may change during the summer and holidays

Working days:

• Mon - Fri (Times may vary)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Current CPR Certification
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a plus

Work authorization:

• United States (Required)

Responsibilities:

• Must perform daily tasks as displayed in the client’s Habilitation Plan.Tasks may include bathing, grooming, transportation/ambulation, exercise, oral hygiene, skin care, administer medication and meal preparation, etc.
• Observe clients for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, or injuries, and report promptly to the Program Manager
• Must demonstrate the ability to read and write legibly,
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment *
