Position: Seasonal Screen Print , DTG, DTF & Embroidery machine operator
Location: Eatontown, NJ
Start Date: ASAP

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating and maintaining screen printing and direct-to-garment machines.
• Would be beneficial if you knew the CAD link software connected to our machines.
• Ensuring the accurate setup and calibration of machines for optimal production.
• Monitoring production runs to achieve high-quality printed products.
• Collaborating with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Adhering to quality control standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating screen printing and direct-to-garment machines.
• Familiarity with machine setup, color mixing, and print alignment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Technical aptitude for machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
