We are looking for a proven Telemarketing Manager with extensive experience in managing high-performance call center teams. The ideal candidate MUST have a successful track record in leading telemarketing teams, optimizing call strategies, and driving sales appointments and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of lead setters to generate high-quality sales leads and appointments.
• Develop and implement effective call scripts, sales techniques, and performance strategies to maximize results.
• Train, coach, and mentor lead setters to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor call center performance metrics and ensure team members meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Optimize dialing strategies, CRM usage, and lead follow-up processes for peak performance.
• Maintain a positive and energetic work environment that fosters motivation and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies.
