Cogir Senior Living is hiring caring and empathetic Caregivers to join the team at our premier retirement community, Andara Senior Living.
Our Care Partners (certified Caregivers) play a critical role in their community. You will provide compassionate and personalized direct care to our residents, helping them with activities of daily living and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence and maintaining their privacy and dignity. Our Care Partners work in a team setting to ensure a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents.
Currently hiring for full- and part-time positions, on the 2nd shift (2 p.m.- 10 p.m.).
Some weekend availability is preferred.

What will you do as a Care Partner?
- Assist the residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and resident and employee safety guidelines.
- Prioritize independence and emotional support for the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
- Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
- Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Caregiver in Arizona.
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
- A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience in Memory Care is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A fingerprint clearance card orthe willingness to obtain.
