Job Summary:
Andax is seeking a reliable, proactive Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of our facilities, equipment, and grounds. This hands-on role is vital to keeping our workplace safe, clean, and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and takes pride in maintaining a well-organized work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance across buildings, utilities, and equipment
- Perform regular maintenance on production machines
- Plan and carry out maintenance and repair work using equipment manuals
- Requests supplies and materials for maintenance tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in outdoor areas: snow/ice removal, debris pickup, etc.
- Monitor and support inventory and organization of storage containers
- Ability to operate forklift
- Respond to facility issues including clogged drains, insect control, and downspout maintenance
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Mechanically inclined and strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
- Current valid driver’s license
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7:30 am – 4 pm
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to traverse facility and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time
- Must have good hand/eye coordination
