The Food and Beverage and Events Supervisor combines the responsibilities of helping oversee the food and beverage department with a primary focus on banquet events. This role requires a mix of hospitality, customer service, administrative tasks, and event coordination skills. Key responsibilities include managing banquet preparations, timeliness of food delivery, meeting room set up, AV functions, food station design, and beverage service.
Additional responsibilities include being present on the floor, assisting the outlets during peak times, making sure room refreshes are handled efficiently and all areas maintain a sanitary environment throughout events. Administrative tasks include preparing labels and signage, printing menus, submitting banquet recaps, closing banquet checks, and responding to event requests.
