Job Description:
The Night Auditor at Andaz is a key part of our overnight operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate transition of hotel activity between business days. This role balances guest service with essential financial reconciliation duties, providing a welcoming environment for late-night arrivals and early departures while reviewing and verifying the day’s financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional guest service, including check-ins, check-outs, and assistance throughout the night.
Accurately audit, balance, and prepare daily reports for hotel departments and send out to the POC's.
Reconcile all end-of-day postings and ensure billing accuracy. Work with the Accounting manager on any billing issues from the previous night.
Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Maintain the safety and security of the hotel during overnight hours, reporting any events and/concerns to upper management in a timely manner.
Reports to the Front Office Manager.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Previous front desk or hotel audit experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
