Director, Analytical Instrument Engineering
ANDE is the global leader in Rapid DNA technology. Rapid DNA is the fully automated process of generating a DNA ID, without the need for a technical user or laboratory, in less than two hours. The Opportunity – Sustaining Engineering
ANDE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director / Lead of Sustaining Engineering to join our team. At ANDE, it isn’t just a job, it’s a passion to use DNA for good. This role will be hands-on, leading and managing projects while collaborating with team members to maintain and improve ANDE’s existing products. This high-visibility role requires a technically skilled, process-driven electro-mechanical engineer who is comfortable working independently to support product and company growth, as well as communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a player-coach leadership approach in ensuring product reliability, managing product support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will do :
Leadership and Management
