- The Inventory Coordinator will initiate reordering of parts as necessary to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, thereby maintaining a smooth operational flow
- Accurate inventory records must be updated and maintained in the computer system, which includes details such as part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and locations
- In addition to inventory management, the role requires proficiency in data entry and system management
- The Inventory Coordinator will enter inventory data into the computer system, update existing information, and generate inventory reports to ensure accuracy
- The organization and maintenance of the inventory room are also key responsibilities, ensuring efficient use of space and ease of access to parts
