Job Title: Travel CT Technologist
Location: Overland Park, Kansas
This travel job is a 13-week assignment working 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift schedule.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Overland Park, Kansas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CT imaging and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies
- Position patients for optimal image capture
- Use radiation safety guidelines to minimize exposure to patients and staff
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnoses
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and procedures
Requirements:
- Registered CT Technologist (RT) certification or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
