We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week contract in Dallas, Texas.
Job Details
This is a day-to-day opportunity to provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, prioritize patient needs, and collaborate with the healthcare team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a high-pressure ICU environment and be comfortable with leading interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' conditions, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas.
- At least 1 year of experience working in an ICU setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
