As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' needs and developing individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and promote seamless transitions
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing practice
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Kansas
- BSN degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, with 48 hours per week
