The Anders Group is seeking a skilled travel nurse to fill a position in their Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at the Johnson City Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the PCU setting, utilizing your critical thinking skills and nursing expertise to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee.
- At least one year of experience working in a PCU or similar acute care setting.
