Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients in a Medical-Surgical setting. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, participate in education and training programs, and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Kansas
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
