We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our growing customer base. If you have at least three years of direct sales experience in MRO, hospitality, multi-family housing, or renovations, we want to hear from you!
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Contacting current customers and identifying new services.
- Opening new accounts and closing orders.
- Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products.
- Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes.
- Offering technical expertise on products to purchasers when applicable.
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service.
- Working closely with others to ensure customer needs are met.
- Other duties as required.

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
