Hydro Jetting Coordinator

Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Hydro Jetting Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain and grow our hydro jetting services across the organization with new and existing customers. Candidate will build estimates, help manage team of hydro jetting technicians and jetting equipment, make sales calls to close deals and grow jetting portfolio, including preventative maintenances. Schedule jetting jobs with customers and field staff, cold calling existing customers to sell PM’s. Dispatch field staff daily. Manage and schedule reoccurring jetting services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, including before-and-after assessments.

· Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain services, provide estimates, and offer maintenance recommendations

· Dispatch and Schedule: Dispatch and schedule jetting jobs, projects and reoccurring preventative maintenances utilizing Service Titan dispatch software.

· Recurring Service Management: Manage recurring services and notify/schedule jetting services as they become due.

· Sales: Basic sales skills to close deals including jetting jobs, projects, and maintenances.

Skills & Competencies:

· Minimum of 4 years of experience dispatching and/or customer service work.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· View video inspections to identify issues within sewer line.

· Strong attention to details.

· Daily reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude.

· Ability to help lead a team of jetting technicians.

· Familiarity with Service Titan office and mobile view is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

· Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00

Compliance Requirements

· Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.

· Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
