ANDERSEN is looking for a recruiter to help grow our staffing business and manage full cycle recruiting for a variety of technical & non-technical contract roles.
Recruit for a variety of contract roles for our biggest client. Source candidates from various websites and our internal candidate tracking tool. Actively source passive candidates, develop recruitment strategies, and maintain strong candidate relationships. Utilize a range of recruiting methods, conduct interviews, and extend offers. Perform pre-employment verification and facilitate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage client requests for contract roles, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Source qualified candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles using diverse sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates for a wide range of positions.
- Continue building our candidate pipeline and implement strategies for candidate nurturing.
- Guide candidates through the sourcing, screening, interview, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Continuously improve existing recruitment processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, with a focus on maintaining exceptional experiences for both client sponsors and candidates.
Professional Qualifications
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within contract staffing for Tech.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and recruiting activities simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 office suite, and other automation technologies.

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
