WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
Your core responsibility as an Inside Sales Center Agents to book appointments with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls. This includes following a script, overcoming objections, making a human connection, and ensuring good, quality sales appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. Contacting incoming leads immediately upon receipt to schedule appointments. Convert both inbound and outbound phone calls into qualified sales appointments and communicate with prospective customers using the company prescribed methodology.

SCHEDULE | PAY
This position requires someone comfortably connecting with people. You will be responsible for booking meetings each day as well as making high volume calls. Hours will be 12 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm [Sunday - Thursday]. Training will be 5 weeks (Monday - Friday - 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm)- you will be paid during training and being in person is mandatory.
Our base pay is $16.83 / hr but a portion of your income is from our bonuses and incentive program! Depending on your performance, you could earn an extra $1000 per month.
