What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and managing high-impact land development projects from concept through completion
- Overseeing project proposals, scopes, budgets, and professional service agreements
- Managing financials, invoicing, and ensuring project profitability
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Providing mentorship, technical guidance, and leadership to a high-performing team
- Driving projects forward by making strategic decisions to keep them on schedule and within budget
- Collaborating with industry-leading professionals in a team-oriented, growth-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
8 years of experience in land development and civil engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Expertise in land development planning, design, and construction
Strong project management skills—financials, schedules, budgets, and team coordination
Knowledge of permitting processes and regulations
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and other industry software
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentorship
A results-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
