What You’ll Do :

• Lead and Innovate

Take the reins in delivering world-class traffic engineering and ITS services that set the standard for public and private clients.

Manage traffic engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered on time and within budget.

Prepare and review traffic design and construction documents for traffic signals, roadway illumination, ITS, signage, and pavement markings that meet state and national standards.

Conduct and oversee advanced traffic modeling, including forecasting, travel demand modeling, and microscoping (VISSIM / CORSIM).

Perform detailed traffic engineering and safety analysis to improve roadway safety and traffic flow.

Supervise and mentor a talented team of engineers and technicians while working closely with other functional groups to ensure quality and innovation.

Cultivate new client relationships, deliver innovative solutions, and actively pursue business development opportunities.

Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest technologies to offer unmatched value to your clients.
