Job Summary :
We are seeking a Project Engineer with 3 years of experience in land development to manage and support civil design projects. This role involves designing, coordinating, and overseeing land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead design of land development projects, including grading, stormwater management, and utility systems.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (zoning, permits, stormwater, etc.).
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and permit applications.
- Assist in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
