What you’ll do as the Office Leader:
- Lead and grow our new Houston office, focusing on delivering innovative traffic engineering solutions, specifically for municipal markets.
- Take charge of business development, strengthening client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
- Research and implement emerging technologies to offer value-added services to our clients.
- Manage and oversee traffic engineering projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery, all while staying within budget.
- Supervise a talented team, fostering collaboration and ensuring the highest quality of work.
- Represent our consultancy at industry conferences and meetings, establishing a strong presence in the Houston market.
- Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders while continuing to grow the office’s presence and portfolio.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with 7 years of experience in traffic engineering, ideally in the municipal sector.
- A proven track record of leadership and business development experience.
- A passion for innovation and problem-solving in the field of transportation engineering.
- Preferred: PTOE certification.
