What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative - Work from home - Hiring Now position at Anderson Agency?
We have a supportive and innovative company culture that is fully remote, as we offer top-tier training.
We sell simplified issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about making their mortgage payments if something happens to them (death, disability, etc..) We also offer retirement income and savings strategies as well as debt consolidation plans. We work with clients that have requested information with no cold calling.
The agent will then call, qualify, and set up the appointments to meet with them over the phone or through Zoom and help them apply for the insurance policy.
This is a 100% commission-based only (1099)- uncapped income with bonuses.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work from their home either part-time or full-time, to protect families that have requested coverage information. The Anderson Agency is looking for a business partner who is committed to helping families achieve their financial goals. We are especially looking for people who:

Compensation
We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available and no cold calls. Online training, events, plus one-on-one mentorship is available. The average commission is around $500-600 per application. Full-time agents write about 5 or more applications per week.
- Part-Time agents make approximately $30k-$60K in their first year
- Full-Time agents make approximately $80K-$190K in their first year
- Agency Owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted every 2 to 3 months, generate a passive income of $200k-$500K a year

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system, and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
