Anderson Air is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support our growing team! This role focuses on payroll support, HR administration, employee onboarding, and creating a positive, organized workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support payroll calculations and timecard accuracy.
- Assist with onboarding, benefits, and employee systems.
- Plan and organize team events.
- Assist with safety reporting and ensure compliance with HR and safety policies, including OSHA training.
- Collaborate with department leaders to support HR initiatives and smooth communication.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR and operational processes for greater efficiency.
- Support recruitment efforts, including screening and scheduling interviews.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage company uniforms, branded materials, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee company assets and coordinate fleet maintenance.
