Anderson Air is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support our growing team! This role focuses on payroll support, HR administration, employee onboarding, and creating a positive, organized workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support payroll calculations and timecard accuracy.
  • Assist with onboarding, benefits, and employee systems.
  • Plan and organize team events.
  • Assist with safety reporting and ensure compliance with HR and safety policies, including OSHA training.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to support HR initiatives and smooth communication.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR and operational processes for greater efficiency.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including screening and scheduling interviews.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage company uniforms, branded materials, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee company assets and coordinate fleet maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or a similar administrative role (preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., ADP) is preferred
