Position Summary:
CNC Operators are highly skilled professionals able to work with great concentration and precision. They must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines, have a keen eye for detail and exhibit a high level of mechanical aptitude. The goal is to produce high quality parts and materials by programming machines to perform the right operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operation of CNC machines
- Perform quality inspections using proper calibrated measuring devices and complete quality records
- Troubleshoot machines for issues
- Anticipate needed stock and communicate needs through appropriate channels
- Reading and interpreting drawings, including blueprints, to meet product specifications
Work experience & Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with and working knowledge of CNC machines
- Previous experience in manufacturing or other related fields, including:
- Reading a tape measure and performing basic fraction and decimal changes
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Operating equipment properly
- Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
