Position Summary:
The Assembler position constructs unit frames from fabricated aluminum stock to prepare for glazing.

Work Experience & Requirements:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Assemble all components of the product in accordance with specifications, using aluminum, fasteners, caulking/adhesives, and other construction materials
- Identify and correct issues to ensure quality control metrics are maintained
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
Work experience:
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing, carpentry, or other related fields, working with large materials, including:
- Reading a tape measure and performing basic fraction and decimal changes
- Reading and interpreting drawings, including blueprints, to meet product specifications
- Calculating material measurements to verify specifications
- Using caulking and other adhesives
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Operating equipment properly
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds), work in various positions, and handle strenuous tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work in other capacities in the shop as needed
