Prior experience to prepare, post, verify and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
The accounting team consists of teams focused on revenue, inventory, payroll, and accounts payable. The goal of the accounting team is to centrally account for all financial transactions related to each entity, understand why the transactions occurred, and to improve the company’s profitability.
As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will:
Ensure timely processing of all payments
Review invoices and account codes to ensure proper accounting
Process customer payments
Respond to customer and management inquiries
Continue to improve the accounts receivable process
Participate in month- and year-end close processes
Assist to make critical financial decisions by collecting
Management of new credit applications and accounts
Statement processing and weekly reporting
